Description: The Ossian winery became the first winery in the Rueda region of Spain to be certified as organic. The winery was founded in 2005 and focused its efforts on making high quality wines with some incredibly old vines of Verdejo. These vines are pre-phylloxera bush vines, producing wines that are as true to the variety as you can get. This is the top wine, aged for about 9 months in French oak barrels giving it a richer, complex mouthfeel.
