Description: A family owned winery that produced its first vintage in 2004, but have had their hands in vine growing and winemaking since the 50s. The winery has now been very actively introducing new and better wines with each vintage, the quality of the current line up a testament to this.
The Mystirio is the first and only orange wine made on the island of Santorini in Greece. The wine spends about 15-20 days on its skins macerating and subsequently ages for 10 months on its lees, prior to release. This is amongst the fullest bodied styles of oranges wines out there with a slight tannic grip but still beautifully fresh!
