Description: Stéphane Bernaudeau's idiosyncratic wines are truly some of the rarest wines from the Loire valley. His tiny production comes from about 3 hectares of vines that he farms. The wines are made in the natural way with intervention kept to the minimum. Cabernet Sauvignon from the Loire can generally be expected to yield thin flavours and concentration but this example is quite the opposite. Full of flavour and spicy in its finish, it is a very unique expression of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety.
