The eponymous cidery is located in Normandy, France, a region synonymous with cider and calvados production. Taking over his family cidery, Eric would implement techniques that would elevate this simple estate into something known around the world by sommeliers and enthusiasts alike, as the benchmark for craft cider. These ciders drink like wine with incredible precision, elegance and flavours. The Poire Granit is Eric's expression of Pear ciders made with fruit from 300 year old trees producing incredibly low yields. A dry cider with a touch of sweetness, it is incredibly versatile when it comes to pairing with a variety of different foods.
