Description: The Rippon vineyard has been owned by the Mills family for several generations and is farmed completely biodynamically. This single-vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is made with such restraint and elegance, it is quite unlike most intensely aromatic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wines. A cut above the rest, these wines have been barrel fermented and lees aged for greater complexity and texture.
